납부방법

자동이체, 가상계좌, 은행, 전자수납, 공단지사(신용카드) 징수포털 등 납부

- 자동이체 환급사전계좌를 신청하면 보험료 납부와 환급이 편리함

체납

1. 보험급여제한: 보험료를 체납하는 경우에는 납부기한 다음달 1일부터 완납할 때 까지 병의원 이용시 건강보험 혜택 제한

2. 비자연장 등 제한: 법무부에 비자연장 등 각종 체류허가 신청시 체류기간 등 불이익 발생

3. 체납처분: 기한을 정하여 독촉을 하고, 그 기한까지 보험료를 납부하지 않으면 소득·재산·자동차·예금 등에 대하여 체납처분을 통하여 법적 징수함

자격상실

1. 체류기간이 종료된 날의 다음날

2. 국외 출국한 날의 다음날(체류기간이 종료되지 아니한 외국인이 출국하여 1개월 이상 국외에 체류하는 경우에 한정)

3. 세대주의 체류자격이 유학(D-2)또는 일반연수(D-4)인 지역가입자 세대가 보험료를 체납한 경우에는 그 납부기한이 속하는 달의 다음 달 1일. 다만. 그 체납한 보험료를 납부기한이 속하는 달의 말일까지 납부한 경우에는 제외.

Payment deadline

You should pay in advance the following month’s insurance premium on or before the 25th of each month.

Payment method

Payment through automatic withdrawal, virtual account, bank, e-receipt, NHIS branch office (credit card), and collection portal, etc.

- It is easier to pay the premium and get a refund if you request automatic withdrawal or refund advance account.

Defaulting

1. Limited insurance benefits: If you default on the payment of the insurance premium, you will have limited health insurance benefits when using hospitals and clinics from the 1st of the month following the payment deadline until you pay the full amount.

2. Limited residence permit such as visa extension: You will incur disadvantages in the residence period when requesting a visa extension and all other kinds of residence permits at the Korean Ministry of Justice.

3. Processing of default: If you do not pay even when pressed after a set period, your income, assets, automobile, and savings will be legally seized and collected by force.

Losing eligibility

1. The day after the end of the residence period

2. The day after the departure date (limited to the case that a foreigner whose residence period is not finished resides abroad for at least one month)

3. If the self-employed insured who holds D2 or D4 fails to pay the premium, they lose eligibility on the 1st of the following payment month: Except where the unpaid premium is paid by the end of the payment month.

滞纳

1. 保险津贴限制: 滞纳保险费用时，在缴纳期限次月1日起到补缴之日期间，前往医院，诊所时无法正常享受健康保险

2. 签证延期等限制：在法务部申请签证延签等各类滞留许可时，可能造成滞留期限等损失

3. 滞纳处置: 规定期限催缴，在期限前未缴纳时，将通过对收入，财产，汽车，存款等进行滞纳处分，通过法律方式征收

丧失资格

1. 结束滞留期间的次日

2. 出境日后的次日（仅限于滞留时间未结束的外国人出境并在国外滞留1个月以上的情况）

3. 户主的滞留资格是留学（D-2）或普通研修（D-4）的地区加入者滞纳保险费的情况属于缴纳期限的次月1日。 但，其滞纳的保险费在缴纳期限之下的月末之前缴纳的情况除外。
